- For a limited time during an unspecified window of availability.
- By earning 7,000 leaderboard points during the Great Gifts Leaderboard Event.
- After earning 2,600 Snowglobes during the 'Tis the Season World Event.
- Note: You cannot acquire the Mistletoe Dragon through breeding.
